Gumbeaux Girlz was founded in late 2017 by Holly Easly AKA chef Rychie. Holly was Just a small-town girl from Louisiana, living in a Big world who took the midnight train to Georgia HAHA! That’s somewhat the truth. Now known as Chef Rychie of Gumbeaux Girlz, Holly had a mission to provide a French quarter Experience on the popular streets of Georgia. Using POP UPS (Hey we got them bowlz yeah) as a way to connect with the streets of Atlanta. Chef Rychie is indeed a force to be reckoned with. Influenced and Motivated by her mother the late Patricia Easly, Holly made some promises to make mama proud!
